Booking & Availability

How do I book your services?

Start by filling out the inquiry form with your date, event type, location, and party size. We'll follow up personally within 24–48 hours. To officially secure your date, you'll sign a contract and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your date is not held until both are received.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as possible, especially for spring and fall Saturdays in DFW, which fill up fast. Many brides book a year or more in advance. For social events and special occasions, 4–8 weeks notice is ideal. If you have a date in mind, reach out today even if the event feels far away.

Is it okay if I don't know my final headcount yet?

Absolutely. You can finalize the exact number of services no later than 8 weeks before your wedding date. We just need enough information upfront to block the right amount of time and assign the right team size. No need to have everything figured out on day one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Debit and Credit cards, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle. The deposit is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Payment details will be included in your contract.

Is there a minimum number of services required for weddings?

There is no strict minimum, but we do ask that each additional artist on our team handles at least 5–6 services to keep the timeline running smoothly for everyone. If your party is very small, Elsa may be able to handle it solo. Reach out and we'll figure out the right setup for your situation.

Can you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we are available for destination weddings and travel worldwide. Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are covered by the client and confirmed at booking. Reach out with your destination details and we'll put together a custom quote.

Services & What to Expect

What services do you offer?

We offer bridal makeup and hair (trial and wedding day), attendant services, junior bridesmaids, flower girls, a Second Look for the reception, and social event glam for occasions like quinceañeras, proms, graduations, boudoir shoots, date nights, birthday parties, and more. Do you offer trials or consultations before booking?

Yes, and we strongly recommend the bridal trial for every bride. It's where we get to know each other, test styles, and make sure there are zero surprises on your wedding day. Elsa also offers phone and video consultations before you commit to anything. It's one of her favorite parts of the process.

Can you accommodate specific makeup or hair requests?

Always. Every service we provide is completely personalized to your skin type, face shape, hair texture, style preferences, and the aesthetic of your event. Bring inspo photos, a Pinterest board, or just a vague feeling you can't quite articulate, we'll translate it into a look that's entirely yours.

How long does the makeup and hair session take?

Bridal sessions typically take 3 hours per person, Social and special event appointments are typically 2 hours (including setup and breakdown). Times vary based on the complexity of the look and party size. We build your wedding day timeline to make sure everything flows without anyone feeling rushed.

What does the bridal trial include?

The trial is a full 3-hour session where we do your complete makeup and hair, trying different styles until you find the one that makes you say yes. Bring your accessories (veil, earrings, hairpiece) and wear a white or light-colored top with a neckline similar to your dress. This gives you the most accurate preview of your wedding day look.

Logistics & Travel

Do you come to us, or do we come to you?

We come to you, your home, your hotel, your venue, wherever you're getting ready. No salon, no parking, no waiting. We arrive with a full professional setup and handle everything on-site. Travel fees apply based on distance from our base location in Bedford, TX.

How are travel fees calculated?

For most appointments, travel is billed at $25 per 15 minutes of round-trip drive time, confirmed at booking. For wedding day services, travel is billed at $100 per hour per artist assigned to your event. Destination wedding travel expenses (flights, hotel, meals) are covered by the client and agreed upon in advance.

How far do you travel for events?

We primarily serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex but are available for events throughout Texas and for destination weddings worldwide. If you're unsure whether your location is within range, just ask... we'll let you know right away.

When is an additional artist needed?

When your party size and timeline require it. Each artist on our team typically handles 5–6 services to maintain quality and keep the morning on schedule. If your party is larger or your timeline is tight, we'll recommend the right team size when we review your inquiry. Every artist on our team is trained to Elsa's exact standards, same quality, same professionalism.

Day-of & Results

Will my makeup actually last all day?

Yes, and we take this seriously, especially in the Texas heat. We use setting sprays, primers, powders, blotting papers, and water-resistant products specifically chosen to last through a full wedding day. Every bride also receives a touch-up kit, and we do touch-ups for the whole party before the ceremony.

What if something needs to be adjusted after services are done?

Touch-ups for the entire party are included after all services are completed, so everyone looks fresh and perfect heading into the ceremony, not just right after the chair. We don't leave until everyone looks exactly right.

What should I bring to my trial appointment?

Bring any wedding accessories you've already chosen: your veil, earrings, hairpiece, or headband. Wear a white or light-colored top with a neckline similar to your dress for the most realistic preview. Bring inspo photos if you have them. And bring an open mind, the trial is where the magic gets planned.

Policies & Fine Print

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With proper notice, your deposit may be applied toward a future appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice will result in a no-show fee. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases as it holds your date exclusively.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance after your deposit is due 30 days before your event. You'll receive a reminder ahead of that date. Payment is accepted via Venmo or Zelle.

Do you require a contract?

Yes, a signed contract is required along with your deposit to officially secure your date. It protects both you and us, and outlines everything: services, timeline, pricing, travel, and policies. You'll receive it digitally and it's straightforward to sign.
